GB Cartridges Return Policy

Our main goal is to keep you our customer happy no matter what it takes. After all, great prices are nothing without great service before, during and after your purchase.

Remember that whatever the reason for returning a product to us, it will always be hassle free and easy.

The item is faulty or damaged in transit

With our compatible ink and toner cartridges we guarantee the product for 12 months from the date of purchase. This covers you for any fault that might occur with the cartridge and any damage to printer equipment as a result. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our compatible product you can request a replacement or a refund.

The wrong item was sent

If you believe an item has been sent to you in error, please report this within 14 days of the delivery date. If you have received an item incorrectly, we will of course rectify our mistake immediately.

I changed my mind

If you have ordered an incorrect item or have changed your mind, you have 28 days to arrange a return and the value of the goods can be used towards a replacement product or refunded.

After this 28-day period it is of course possible to arrange a return, however restocking fees may apply and this charge is at our discretion. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for returning the unwanted item(s).

First Step of returning an item

In the first instance, please email us on [email protected], confirming the following:

  1. Your Name.
  2. Your Purchase Date.
  3. The reason for the return.
  4. Item Purchased.
  5. Serial Number.
  6. Photo in the instance of poor print quality.

It may not always be a cartridge problem, so by sending us a photo or a copy of a print it will help us identify any other issues.
