Our website address is: https://www.gbcartridges.co.uk. We are a seller of ink and toner consumables for both home and office use. We are also able to repair and service the majority of printers from paper jams to replacement fuser units and transfer modules.

We do not purchase, sell or share email addresses with third parties. We record the pages visited and products purchased against your email address to personalise communications we have consent to send to you, providing a more relevant experience.   • Payment information – If you place an order with us online or over the telephone we will be required to process your payment details to complete your order.

We use Stripe as a payment gateway to process credit and debit cards. When the box is ticked to store card details the payment methods are stored securely in Stripe’s vault and never touch our server.

We use a payment gateway provided through Paypal. When entering card information to complete the purchase you will be taken to Paypals secure payment portal to enter this information.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
